Manifestation, does it really work?

The manifestation, we hear about it everywhere, but the concept is never really clear. Like you, I've heard about the manifestation for quite a bit of my life without really paying attention to it. The information was still very fuzzy to me and quite frankly, it didn't resonate with me at all.

Indeed, I have never been the "spiritual" kind of person. I am a logical and down to earth person who tends to base myself on facts before making any decision or believing in anything. Personally, I need to really understand a concept before I buy into it and have the chance (with the information given) to decide if it makes sense or not. 

Manifestation is an integral part of the Law of Attraction. This law was popularized with the release of the bestselling book The secret by Rhonda Byrne. I started to take it seriously when I came across a YouTube video that detailed things in a simple and clear way and it piqued my interest. So I got the book and my view of the world completely changed! 

What I like about the law of attraction is that the result of our spiritual actions manifest in our lifetime. It is concrete. This is why the concept of manifestation is the basis of the law of attraction.

What is the demonstration?

Manifesting is turning your dreams into reality. Indeed, we control a lot by our thinking and our beliefs. Manifestation attracts something tangible into your life through thought and belief. Basically, you think about it, so it will come. 

This idea starts from a concept of energy and high frequencies that we release through our state of mind. We will not go into this topic in depth in the article. But know that it works a bit like karma: you reap what you sow. Even with ourselves. If your thoughts are constantly negative and you're moping. You will inevitably attract negativity into your life. Vice versa ! So pay attention to your thoughts, they have a bigger impact than you think. 

On the other hand, we must be careful not to completely block the negative thoughts that arise in our mind. They are there and that is correct. It's just not healthy to think that we can be in a good mood all the time. What you have to do is analyze that thought. If you have a feeling of anger that arises in you. Think about it before you act on it or even snowball your thoughts and make the situation worse. Why are you angry? Is it so serious? Is this feeling doing you a favor right now? Often the answer will be no. So get rid of it and move on. 

How to manifest?

Well, we know what the demonstration is, but it remains quite abstract. Now that we know that our state of mind has a strong influence on what happens to us, how can we use these to manifest our wildest desires?

Know first that in addition to using the power of thought. You must act. Unfortunately, it is not enough to think of being a multimillionaire for it to fall on you without taking the concrete steps to get there. 

Then, you have to be very clear in your goals. The more precise, the better. A good way to be able to express your ideas is on paper. It's about introspecting and thinking about it. What do I really want? When you know it, describe your desires in short but precise sentences. No limits ! Express your desires as if you had all the money, time and health possible to do them.

Then, all that remains is to ask! There are several ways to do this. You can incorporate these affirmations (sentences you have written) into a meditation. You can write them every day in your planner or even just thinking about it when you're making supper or brushing your teeth. The goal is to repeat these things as much as possible and to believe it. It's good to say it, but you have to believe it. The " feeler " as they say. It is difficult, but the more you do it, the more you believe in it and as you watch your manifestation materialize around you, you will believe in it even more!


If you want to take your manifestation to another level. Work on your day-to-day mindset. A positive and grateful state of mind will be that much stronger than if you are constantly in a state of stress. It's quite simple. start to live with a little more intention in your life. Appreciate the present moment and the little things around you. You are lucky to have a comfortable bed to sleep in and a good lunch waiting for you the next day. Integrate the gratitude in your life, you will see the benefits!

They have a big impact on our visions of the world. When they are not useful to us, we must get rid of them.
