Yes ! Bleu Latte & Co. is still in its infancy. We have big plans and lots of ideas for our upcoming collections. You can expect (among others):

How do I order a Bleu Latte & Co. planner?
Bleu Latte & Co.'s weekly planners are available in our Online Store ! Please check the product description carefully for more details as well as the expected shipping dates.
Can I make a gift purchase?
Yes ! Simply navigate through the ordering process and enter the recipient's address in the section Delivery address and specify that this is a gift purchase.
Please note : currently we do not offer gift wrapping. However, we can include a special handwritten note on our purchase thank you card. Gift purchases do not include a receipt or packing slip with the shipment. The only content in the box is the Bleu Latte & Co.
Can I order a personalized agenda?
Our Bleu Latte & Co. planners are not customizable. We do not have the option of including personal or corporate logos on your planner.
Can I put myself on a waiting list?
Currently, we do not maintain a waiting list. However, you can register here to receive an email notification when the planners are restocked.
How should I take care of my Bleu Latte & Co. planner?
It’s natural for your planner to show signs of normal wear and tear after a while. Every Bleu Latte & Co. planner goes through careful quality control before being packed for shipment. To make sure you keep your planner to keep it looking fresh and new.
- Be careful to keep your planner away from all liquids
- Store your planner in a cool, dry place.
- When handling your planner, be sure to close it from front to back
- When you carry your planner, make sure it is completely closed. If you have liquid products in your bag, make sure your planner is not in contact with these items.
I live outside of Canada. How can I buy?
No problem ! We ship internationally.
When will I receive my planner?
We do our best to dispatch the planners as soon as possible. As soon as your shipment is in the hands of the carrier, we no longer have control over the shipment. The carrier does not provide us with information different from what they provide to you with the tracking number.

How is my agenda shipped?
We ship your planner in a sturdy, recyclable post office box. It is protected in a recyclable OPP type plastic bag. Finally, it is wrapped in recyclable tissue paper.

What is your return / refund policy?

If your item is damaged on arrival, please take photos / videos immediately and send it to support@bleulatteco.com with your name, order number and a brief summary of the problem. We will get back to you as soon as possible to coordinate the next steps.
