We are unable to accept planner cover style changes, cancellations or exchanges, or any name, shipping or billing changes after an order has been placed. We do not have the ability to combine or split orders, or contact shipping companies to correct delivery addresses after the checkout process.
As soon as your shipment is in the hands of the carrier, we no longer have control over the shipment. The carrier does not provide us with information different from what they provide to you with the tracking number.
Confirmation of orders
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been confirmed. Once your shipment is in progress, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, followed by an email with tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to display correctly online.
In case of damaged items
If you have received a damaged / defective item as a result of an order placed in our online store, please contact us upon receipt with your name, order number, nature of the problem and attach a photo to your email. We cannot process a return for damage if the product has been used or written inside.
Exchanges and refunds for damaged items (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, email us at email@example.com and we will tell you what to do.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially released.

Due to variations that may occur in production and processing times, we are unable to quote shipping times.
Our shipping and handling charges are for the processing, handling and packaging of orders for the products you purchase and their delivery.
Delivery rates are based on the carrier's actual rates and vary depending on the products ordered and the delivery address.
To determine your specific shipping costs, you must add the items to your cart, enter your address, and calculate shipping rates.
We ship your planner in a sturdy, recyclable post office box. It is protected in a recyclable OPP type plastic bag. Finally, it is wrapped in recyclable tissue paper.
We will ship orders to the address you provided during payment. Once your order has been received by the carrier, Bleu Latte & Co. is no longer responsible for shipping. You are responsible for making a claim with the carrier for damaged or lost shipments, and we will proceed promptly once a resolution has been determined.

All of the above policies are applicable for orders shipped internationally.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges paid in the order process. These charges are set by the destination country and become the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot mark a paid order as a "gift". Please check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs and delays might cause.
